Working closely with the brand team, the project began with the design of a new storefront presence along Fifth Avenue. The façade draws inspiration from the iconic pattern found on the sole of the classic Suede sneaker, translating the graphic language of the shoe into a three-dimensional architectural skin. Integrated lighting animates the surface, allowing the façade to shift throughout the day and glow along the avenue at night.

Inside, the space aligns with global brand standards while engaging local makers and fabricators to bring the environment to life. Experiential elements including a simulator, customization bar, and coffee bar transform the store into more than a retail destination, creating an immersive brand experience. A landing between floors was conceived as a flexible stage for events and gatherings, reinforcing the space as both a flagship retail environment and a place for community.
