I grew up in a log cabin tucked into 23 acres of woods in Upstate New York. Coming home always felt like entering a world of my own. A place shaped by imagination, and intention. From a young age, art and self-expression were constant outlets. As I grew older, that creativity evolved into a fascination with how things come together. How materials meet, how structure supports experience, and how space can quietly shape the way we live and work.

Long before I understood interior design as a profession, I was drawn to reimagining rooms experimenting with layouts, finishes, and scale, studying how subtle shifts in structure could completely transform a space. What began as instinct eventually became discipline.

Today, I approach every project with that same sense of curiosity. Grounded in rigor and intention. For me, design begins with listening. Understanding how a client functions, what drives them, what their space needs to support. The planning and spatial analysis phase is foundational; the existing structure and surroundings always inform the outcome. I believe every decision should have a reason. Every material should be chosen with care. Every texture should tell a story.

My clients often describe our work together as shoulder-to-shoulder. I value collaboration, clarity, and discipline. Ensuring no detail is overlooked and no question unanswered. I see my role as holding the vision for what may not yet be visible, guiding the process from concept through construction so that when everything comes together, it feels both inevitable and transformative.

I’m drawn to meaningful, jewel-box projects. Spaces that feel rare, thoughtful, and deeply aligned with their purpose. Whether boutique commercial interiors, retail experiences, intimate hospitality environments, or thoughtfully layered residential spaces, I aim to create environments that feel considered, grounded, and quietly powerful.

Now based in upstate New York, I work both locally and remotely, bringing a depth of big-city experience and grounded perspective to each collaboration. I’m especially inspired by adaptive reuse and the opportunity to breathe new life into spaces with history and structure, whether commercial or residential.

At its core, my work is about authenticity. Designing environments that feel aligned, intentional, and true to the people who inhabit them.
